Yes absolutely.

After you’ve ordered your boiler our surveyor will need to come & view the job anyway before doing the work. Please mention anything extra needed & he will quote for that separately.

The price that our website gives you for your property is a fixed price & you will not be charged any extra on the day of installation. However if the gas pipe supplying the boiler has the incorrect sizing & the run is exceptionally long then we may charge a little extra. However this is very rarely done. If floor boards are needed to come up or pipes need chasing in the walls then there may be additional charges. Also flues at exceptional heights & lengths may require additional charge. Plus if your system requires a new condense pump this will be added. Any additional charges will be agreed on a site survey before installation.

We use our own Viessmann Trained Gas Safe engineers to carry out the installation. This ensures we can guarantee the highest quality workmanship & professionalism at all times. We don’t sub contract out to unknown engineers like the larger companies.

Yes your lender will accept early settlement.

On 12 months interest free credit we need a minimum of 20% deposit. On the longer term finance its NO DEPOSIT.

Yes you can pay securely online with any debit or credit card.

When you complete checkout, you will pick a date that you would like your boiler installing. This can be a date that suits you. Our engineer will turn up between 8-10am on the day of installation.

Usually within a day on a boiler swap. However if you are converting from a boiler with a tank or back boiler to a combi then it can take between 2-3 days.

No, if you have a call out for a warranty claim then there are no call out fees.

Yes we register your warranty on your behalf & also with the building regulations. You will receive a certificate from both.
